Pre Order Policy

A pre order means that the product is not yet in stock and and you must place your order as per normal if you would like to secure your product before the items arrives with us. 

 

Please kindly note, pre orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. However, if you wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour then you are welcome to do so as per our returns policy.

 

The benefit of purchasing pre order items is that you will secure your size/colour without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

 

Please note estimated dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to Covid-19 and Brexit which are unfortunately out of our hands, however we will endeavour to keep you updated on any likely delays.
